Privacy Policy
Saucy Biscuits Media helps families collect hockey moments, approve what can be shared, and publish player pages, stories, scores, and highlights. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect
- Account and contact details such as parent or guardian name, email address, family profile details, and notification preferences.
- Player profile details such as player name, jersey number, position, team, season, schedule, results, stats, and approved player artwork.
- Family-submitted media such as photos, videos, captions, game notes, approvals, and publishing preferences.
- Website and newsletter activity such as email signups, page visits, search terms, device information, and basic analytics.
How We Use Information
- To operate the Family Portal and let families upload, review, approve, and publish hockey content.
- To create public player pages, highlights, recaps, score pages, article pages, and related coverage after approval.
- To send service updates, newsletter messages, approval requests, and support communications.
- To improve the website, troubleshoot issues, secure accounts, and understand which public coverage is useful to families.
Family Approval And Public Pages
Saucy is built around approval. Player pages and media galleries should only surface content that has been approved for public use. Families can ask us to update or remove public player content when something is inaccurate, outdated, or no longer appropriate to share.
Children And Youth Athletes
Because our coverage can involve youth athletes, we treat parent and guardian approval as a core part of the service. We do not knowingly publish private family-submitted player media without approval from the responsible family or account holder.
How We Share Information
- With the public, but only for approved player pages, published stories, score pages, and other public-facing coverage.
- With service providers that help us host the site, store media, deliver email, analyze performance, or operate the Family Portal.
- When required to comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, or defend the security and integrity of the service.
Choices And Requests
Families may request updates, corrections, removals, newsletter unsubscribe changes, or account support through the Contact page or Family Portal. We may need to verify the request before changing player or family content.
Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide coverage, maintain family records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Contact
Questions about privacy, player content, or removal requests can be sent through the Contact page.
