Using Saucy

By using the website or Family Portal, you agree to use the service responsibly and only submit information, media, and approvals that you have the right to provide.

Family Portal Accounts

• Parents, guardians, or authorized family representatives are responsible for keeping account access secure.
• Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of player details, roster notes, uploads, captions, approvals, and publishing choices.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is used in a way that harms families, players, teams, or the service.

Submitted Content

When you upload photos, videos, notes, stats, or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Saucy to store, edit, display, and publish that content as part of the service. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Saucy permission to use approved content to operate and promote the coverage you requested.

Approved Public Coverage

Published player pages, highlights, recaps, articles, scores, and media may be visible to the public. Families are responsible for reviewing what they approve. We will make reasonable efforts to correct or remove content when an authorized family contact asks us to do so.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, invasive, misleading, or unsafe for youth athletes.
• Do not impersonate another family, player, coach, team, or organization.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or bypass the security of the website or Family Portal.

Coverage And Stats

Scores, stats, schedules, rosters, and player information may come from family submissions, team records, public data, or back office systems. We work to keep this information accurate, but it may contain errors or change over time.

No Recruiting Or Performance Guarantee

Saucy provides family-focused media coverage and public presentation tools. We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, roster placement, scouting attention, athletic results, or scholarship opportunities.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on hosting, storage, email, analytics, social platforms, payment providers, or other third-party tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
